So with this cold season around us, I’ve been seeing a lot people coughing, sneezing, and overall just being lethargic. It just happens to be that time of the year for stuff like that to happen. I, myself, have a stuffy nose and have been sneezing a ton. And I’m the type of person who hates taking medication, just HATE it.
When I think of these common illnesses, I picture myself with a bowl of soup and orange juice or something. Maybe a cup of tea? Does that stuff actually help in some way? I know some of those things have vitamins we need and all. I just get told a lot to have those things to help with my immune system. I’m no doctor.
So what are some of the things you do to help fight a stuffy nose or a bad cough? Are there secret remedies you use that help? Something magic? I dont mean to get unrealistic or anything. It’s kinda like when you have a lucky sock and you wear it with you to… say… an interview? Help someone out if you got something that works for you. You could make their day. As always… ~~yours truly, Tim.
